Book Resource Information - Countries

To ensure that all resources are equally available to everyone, the Mission Viejo Library has a three (3) book subject limit per family.

Country books are nonfiction and are shelved according to their Dewey Decimal Number.  Most of the books on the same subject are then shelved together. If you would like to find books in the Reference collection (Juvenile or Adult) or in the Adult Non-Fiction collection, the number is the same.  The letter J in front of the call number signifies that it is in the Juvenile collection.  Below two numbers are given for specific countries; first number indicates country travel books; second general, and history information.
