LiveScan Fingerprinting is now offered at the
Mission Viejo Library by appointment. The LiveScan
Fingerprinting office is located adjacent to the
Mission Viejo Library Community Room. If you have

Live Scan fingerprinting service is offered on
Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

LiveScan Fees:
Mission Viejo Library Rolling Fee: $20
Department of Justice (DOJ): $32
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)): $19
Additional fees may apply depending upon the level
of fingerprinting your employer/agency requests.
Payment is by cash, credit card or money order only.
You must bring the
following documents with you for fingerprinting:
1. “Request for LiveScan Services” form (3 copies).
This form is provided to you by the requesting
agency.
2. A VALID government-issued photo ID (California
Drivers’ License or ID card, U.S. Passport,
Military ID, Alien Registration Card/Green Card
Photo ID) Expired ID cannot be accepted.
