The Friends of the Mission Viejo Library operate
"Dewey's Bookstore," located inside the library. The bookstore is open
seven days a week during library operating hours. The bookstore sells
"gently used" books, videos, DVDs, CDs, and magazines. All profits are
given to the Library to purchase new books and other materials.
Bookstore Hours
Mondays - Thursdays 10:00AM - 8:00PM
Fridays - 1:00PM - 4:45PM
Saturdays - 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Sundays - 12:00 Noon - 4:00PM
You’ll want to visit Dewey’s
Bookstore often as new items are received daily. There’s always an
interesting selection of books, both popular and rare. You never
know what you’ll find!
All items sold in Dewey’s
Bookstore are donated. All donations are tax deductible and can be
delivered to the bookstore during operating hours. The Friends
bookstore is operated by volunteers who sort, price and sell. If you
are interested in volunteering in the bookstore please contact the
Mission Viejo Library Volunteer Coordinator, Patrice Rand, at
